Shipping

How will packages be shipped? 
All orders will be shipped using USPS.

For flat items (stickers, prints), I offer an option with lower shipping costs but it does not include tracking.

You will get an email confirmation from me when your order has shipped. Please check your spam box if you don't see an email in your inbox!

Can I track my order? 

You can select the shipping option to include a tracking number for your order when checking out. Tracking allows us to determine the exact location, estimated shipping time, and contact the carrier if your package is lost. If your package gets lost, and you did not purchase tracking, I will not be able to help you investigate or reimburse you.

Keep in mind that for international tracked orders, they will be fully tracked within the US, but may not be once it leaves. There may be less frequent updates once it reaches your country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your country. Generally shipping takes around 2 to 14 business days for US orders, and at least 1-3 months for international orders.

Depending on the time of year and current events, like the holidays or the COVID shortage, there can be delays. So please allow extra time for your package to arrive in these situations. 

What do I do if my order is lost, delayed, or contains damaged items?

Damaged Orders: Please contact me with proof of the packaging and the insides.

Untracked Orders: If your order gets lost or delayed, I will not be able to help you investigate or reimburse you.

Tracked Orders: Once it is marked as "Delivered", I am no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately I am also not responsible for any delayed, missing or stolen packages as it is out of my control.
  • If your package is lost, please contact your local post office
  • If your order is marked as “Delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please wait a few days to see if it arrives. If not, please contact your local post office
  • Please ensure you can receive mail from the USA. If a phone number is required for shipping purposes, please message me

What do I do if provided the wrong address?

If your order has not been shipped out, please contact me with your order number and the appropriate address. I will happily make sure it's routed to the correct address.

If your order has already been shipped out, there is nothing I can do as it is already out of my control. I am not responsible for missing or undelivered orders due to incorrect address input. 

Where are packages being shipped from? 

Orders are hand packaged and shipped from Seattle, Washington, United States by yours truly! Thank you for being patient with me.  

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? 

At this time, I am only accepting international orders from Canada, Asia, Central America and non-EU. For EU folks, you can purchase a limited selection of my creation on my Etsy shop! For the rest of the world, I do plan on expanding the list of countries in the future so please follow me on my socials and / or sign up for my mailing list to be notified as soon as I make this change!

Why was my order cancelled and refunded?
If you're here and unexpectedly had your order cancelled and refunded, this is likely what happened. 

Starting 2024, I am being much more strict about customers choosing appropriate shipping options for their orders.

After introducing non-flat items to my shop such as tote bags or key chains, I've found that the vast majority of people have continued to choose "Letter Mail". This is a problem for a couple reasons:

  1. These items cannot in most cases be shipped through letter mail. Either due to physical limitations or rejection by the USPS.
  2. Even for smaller non-flat items like keychains, you heavily risk damage.
  3. The cost to ship can be quite different and puts a burden on my business as I lose out on each of these orders.
Why not just disable the "Letter Mail" shipping option for non-flat items?
Unfortunately due to the limitation of Big Cartel, I cannot make such a customization. Definitely something I will be considering whenever I move off of the Big Cartel platform so that I can make this entire experience easier for everyone :)
