Return / Exchange Policy

What if I ordered the wrong size or design?

If your order has not yet been shipped, place another order with the correct items and sizes that you want. Then, send me an email with both your order numbers and I will cancel the first incorrect order for you. 

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless damaged or incorrect. All sales are final. 

In the case of receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me with photos of the incorrect or damaged product including your order number!

What if my order is lost, delayed, or contains damaged items?

Damaged Orders: Please contact me with proof of the packaging and the insides.

Untracked Orders: If your order gets lost or delayed, I will not be able to help you investigate or reimburse you.

Tracked Orders: Once it is marked as "Delivered", I am no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately I am also not responsible for any delayed, missing or stolen packages as it is out of my control.
  • If your package is lost, please contact your local post office
  • If your order is marked as “Delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please wait a few days to see if it arrives. If not, please contact your local post office
  • Please ensure you can receive mail from the USA. If a phone number is required for shipping purposes, please message me
